Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Kite VPN application and services (the “App”). By downloading or using Kite VPN you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The Service

Kite VPN provides a virtual private network that encrypts your connection and routes it through our servers. Free users may connect to free servers with advertising; premium access (via subscription or earned premium time) unlocks all servers and removes ads.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Kite VPN to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe others’ rights;
• Distribute malware, spam, or conduct network attacks (e.g., port scanning, DDoS);
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, credits, or security controls;
• Resell or commercially redistribute the service without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

3. Subscriptions (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly Passes)

• Premium is offered as auto‑renewing subscriptions in daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly options. Prices are shown in the App in your local currency.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
• You manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Rewarded Credits (“Premium Time”)

Non‑subscribers may earn premium‑time credits by watching rewarded advertisements. Credits have no monetary value, are non‑transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may expire or be adjusted to prevent abuse. They are consumed while connected to premium servers.

5. Advertising

The free tier is supported by advertising. By using the free tier you agree to the display of ads as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free service, specific speeds, or that the service will bypass any particular restriction.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MobileUpp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account (see Account Deletion). We may suspend or terminate the service or your access for breach of these Terms.

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules, unless mandatory local consumer law applies.
