This Privacy Policy explains how Kite VPN (“we”, “us”, the “App”) collects, uses, and protects your information. By using Kite VPN you agree to the practices described here.

1. Our No-Traffic-Logging Commitment

Kite VPN does not monitor, record, or store the contents of your network traffic, the websites you visit, your DNS queries, or your browsing history while connected to the VPN. We cannot associate any online activity with you.

2. Information We Collect

Account	Anonymous account identifier (created automatically), and, if you sign in, the email/provider identifier from Apple or Google.	Maintain your session, credits, and subscription across launches.
Connection metadata	Selected server, connect/disconnect timestamps, session duration, and total bytes transferred. Not the content of traffic.	Operate the service, enforce limits, troubleshoot, and bill premium time.
VPN keys	Your device’s WireGuard public key (the private key never leaves your device).	Establish the encrypted tunnel.
Purchases	Subscription status and transaction identifiers (via RevenueCat and the app stores).	Unlock and restore premium features.
Advertising	Advertising identifier and ad interaction data (via Google AdMob), subject to your consent (ATT on iOS).	Show ads and grant rewarded premium time to non‑subscribers.
Diagnostics & usage	Crash reports and aggregate usage events (via Firebase Crashlytics & Analytics).	Improve stability and the product.
Device	Device model, OS version, app version, language.	Compatibility and support.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide, maintain, and secure the VPN service.
• Manage subscriptions, rewarded credits (“premium time”), and restore purchases.
• Display advertising to non‑subscribers and measure performance.
• Diagnose crashes and improve the App.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.

4. Third‑Party Services

We rely on the following processors, each with its own privacy policy:

• Supabase — authentication and backend database.
• Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging) — analytics and diagnostics.
• Google AdMob — advertising.
• RevenueCat and Apple App Store / Google Play — subscription processing.

5. Advertising & Tracking

For non‑subscribers we display ads through Google AdMob. On iOS we request permission via App Tracking Transparency before any tracking‑based advertising. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings. Premium subscribers see no ads.

6. Data Retention

Account, credit, and connection‑metadata records are retained while your account is active and for a limited period afterward as required for security, fraud prevention, and legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your region (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at kitevpn@mobileupp.com. You can delete your account at any time — see our Account Deletion page.

8. Data Security

Traffic is encrypted using the WireGuard® protocol. Data in transit to our backend uses TLS. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we apply industry‑standard safeguards.

9. Children

Kite VPN is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, in‑app notice.
