Delete Your Account

We respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. You can request deletion of your MUNotes account and all associated data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Open the MUNotes app on your device
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon)
  3. Tap on Account
  4. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
  5. Confirm your decision when prompted

What Data Will Be Deleted

Audio Recordings Permanently Deleted Within 30 days
Transcriptions Permanently Deleted Within 30 days
Categories & Notes Permanently Deleted Within 30 days
Account Information Permanently Deleted Within 30 days
Usage Analytics Anonymized Within 30 days
Purchase History Retained* As required by law

*Purchase history may be retained for legal and financial compliance purposes as required by applicable laws.

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your recordings, transcriptions, and data will be permanently removed from our servers.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
