Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the MUNotes mobile application (the “App”), operated by MUNotes (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
MUNotes offers AI-powered voice recording, transcription, summarization, and note management. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the legal age in your country, to use MUNotes. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Some features are only available with a premium subscription. Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. You can manage your subscription in your account settings.
You retain full ownership of your audio recordings, transcriptions, and notes. MUNotes processes your data only to provide the service. Your data is not used for training AI or shared with advertisers.

All content and technology in the App, including trademarks, design, and AI capabilities, are the property of MUNotes or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
