By downloading, installing, or using the Coloring Book application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Service

Coloring Book is a mobile application that provides:

Digital coloring pages and templates
Pixel art coloring experiences
Line art coloring with flood fill tools
Photo-to-coloring page conversion
Ability to save and share your artwork
Premium features available through subscription or purchase

3. User Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. User Content

Your Rights

You retain ownership of any artwork you create using the App. By using our sharing features, you grant us a limited license to display and distribute your shared content.

Content Guidelines

You agree not to create, upload, or share content that:

Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
Infringes on intellectual property rights
Contains malware or harmful code
Violates the privacy of others
Is inappropriate for a family-friendly audience

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, coloring templates, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Reverse engineer or decompile the App
Use our templates for commercial purposes without permission
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases and subscriptions for premium features. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Subscription Terms

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
You can cancel anytime through your app store account settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No refunds for partial subscription periods

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. Please contact their support for refund inquiries.

7. Advertisements

The free version of the App displays advertisements. By using the App, you agree to view these advertisements. Premium subscriptions may remove or reduce advertisements.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Use automated systems or bots to access the App
Collect user information without consent
Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Any content you create or share through the App

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

Your right to use the App ceases immediately
We may delete your account and associated data
Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
